Established in 2018 by Chef Jordan Acquavella
While growing up, culinary arts & hospitality were Jordan’s true passion. He is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education and has an undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Following culinary school, he trained at some of the best high-volume restaurants & hotels in the Tri-State area. Much of his formal training came from his time spent at the Princeton Conference Center & Hotel, The Tarrytown House Estate, Patina Hospitality Group, Sheraton Hotels and the Marriott Marquis, Times Square. He then advanced his craft at a cutting-edge restaurant known as Chefs Club by Food & Wine Magazine. There he worked with some best chefs in the country. After that, Jordan spent two years at the legendary NYC Rainbow Room on the top of Rockefeller Center where he gained elegant catering experience; cooking for celebrities, high profile corporations and mega weddings. Jordan’s cooking style is simple, clean, and elegant. His management style is that of ownership. Today, Jordan lives & breathes his passion every day as he grows his company Golden Carrot Catering LLC as the Chef & Owner.
